Residential Apartment in Warsaw

Unique Blend of Parisian Charm and Raw Simplicity

You are watching photos of an apartment in Warsaw, Poland, designed for a family of four. The interior design has been created and supervised by Viva Design Studio from Rzeszow.

The Residential Apartment in Warsaw is a stunning example of how two contrasting styles can be seamlessly blended to create a harmonious living space. Designed by Barbara Kułak-Steciak of Viva Design, this private residential apartment combines the elegance of Parisian Montmartre with the raw simplicity of the Canary Islands' Fuerteventura.

The inspiration for this unique design came from the homeowners themselves. The lady of the house adored the romantic style of Paris, while the man preferred the natural and unrefined beauty of Fuerteventura. The challenge was to create a space that would satisfy both of their tastes and preferences.

With meticulous attention to detail, the designers at Viva Design successfully merged these two styles into a cohesive and visually stunning interior. The apartment is divided into three zones: public, family, and private. Each zone has its own distinct atmosphere and character, yet they seamlessly flow together.

The use of high-quality materials such as stone, hardwood, ceramic tiles, glass, and textiles adds to the luxurious feel of the apartment. Custom-made furniture and premium fixtures and fittings enhance the overall aesthetic and functionality of the space.

Throughout the apartment, the designers have created a unique climate by incorporating ambient lighting, glass mosaics, wallpapers, and carefully selected accessories. The result is a space that exudes elegance, sophistication, and comfort.

The realization of this design involved the use of various brands known for their excellence in the industry. Primavera, Laminam, Arte, Eichholtz, Stone Line, Rex Ceramica, and Villeroy & Boch are just a few of the brands that contributed to the creation of this exceptional interior.

The Residential Apartment in Warsaw spans 130 square meters and is located in the Saska Kepa district of the city. The design project, including visualizations and material lists, was completed in April 2017, with the finishing works finalized by the end of November 2011.

Barbara Kułak-Steciak and her team at Viva Design have once again demonstrated their expertise in creating unique and captivating living spaces. The Residential Apartment in Warsaw is a testament to their ability to blend different styles and create a truly exceptional design.
